ABOUT BILLY LOFTON

Billy was born in the USA, his roots go back to his gospel days in the local Church he attended with his family. He is talented, with a flair for fusing cultural styles and beloved music with a fresh, original, and utterly unique sensibility that is entirely his own.

Billy has appeared in Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar and Pippin. He has also toured as a member of the renowned group, the Drifters.

Masterful song writing, velvety vocals, and emotive, heartfelt rhythms are just some of the elements that have bought success to R&B singer/songwriter/producer Billy Lofton.

Over the past few years, Billy has written and co-written with various artists. In 2012, he co-wrote the his song “Last Train to Paradise” with Jeremy Bishops and John Hill. With Jeremy Bishops he also co-wrote “Touched by an Angel” also gathering wide acclaim. His latest solo remixes: “Who am I” and “Love Really Hurts” are now available on iTunes.

His latest collaborative effort is a duet with Francesca “FRANKY” Giaccari, due to be released on iTunes and all retail outlets.

GETTING THERE | The Polish Club Ashfield is located 182 Liverpool Road, Ashfield. Pedestrian access is only available from Liverpool Road. 
 
TRAIN | We are conveniently only a 5 minute walk from Ashfield Train Station. Take the Brown Street Exit from the train station, and continue up Browns Street until you reach Liverpool Road. Cross the road and continue left. The destination will be on your right. 
 
PARKING | We are delighted to welcome our guests to park their vehicles in our underground carpark. The entrance is located via 73 Norton Street. You can easily enter the club from the carpark using the lift. Alternatively, there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding area with access to the club via the front entrance on 182 Liverpool Road.
 
CHECK-IN | Ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to be able to check-in at reception. Members can easily scan their members card, and guests can either scan their drivers license or become an associate member for $2. Allow 5 minutes to become a member. Member’s receive 10% discount on selected items. 
 
DINNER AT STO LAT | Pair this event with a dinner (5:00pm – 9:00pm) reservation at Sto Lat Restaurant. Bookings highly recommended to avoid wait time on the day.
