Enjoy a gentle low-impact workout every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday from 11:00am at the Club. The exercise class caters to Seniors and new mums with their precious bubs, where you can exercise safely in a fun group environment.
These sessions work every part of the body and focus on mobility, balance, strength and core power.
The exercise program allows for all levels of physical strength and mobility, and options are offered to beginners and all care is taken into consideration for existing injuries, illness or conditions.
The exercise workout lasts for 45 minutes in total and is run twice a week, on an ongoing basis, to encourage physical fitness, positive mental health, and social connection amongst your peers.
Bring along an exercise mat, a bottle of water, a towel. Ensure to wear comfortable clothing and runners.
