WEEK 1
Kimchi pierogi – pork, kimchi, garlic, chives with soy, sour cream dipping sauce
Barszcz pho – beetroot and beef broth, finely sliced wagyu beef, rice noddles, fresh herbs
Matcha sernik – creamy matcha-infused cheesecake, crisp biscuit base, sweetened cream
WEEK 2
Placki okonomiyaki – polish potato pancakes, shredded Japanese cabbage salad, sesame dressing
Soy-honey glaze ½ pork knuckle – Filipino style adobo pork, garlic rice, pickled cucumbers
Nalesniki – polish crepes, mango custard, condensed milk, tossed coconut flakes
WEEK 3
Tom yum kapusta – sauerkraut, smoked sausage soup infused with Thai lemongrass, fresh herbs
Coconut chicken golabki – deconstructed Polish classic, cabbage, rice, chicken in a coconut curry sauce
5 spice chocolate cake – polish style spiced cake, miso caramel sauce, raspberry sorbet
WEEK 4
Crispy spring rolls – thin pastry, potato, farm cheese and shredded cabbage filling, nuoc cham dipping sauce
Polish Katsu curry – chicken or pork schnitzel, panko crumbed, Japanese curry sauce, creamy potato mash, pickled cabbage salad
Blueberry pierogi – Thai milk tea custard, black sesame seed gelato
