Welcome to a smarter way to buy wine, beer, and spirits! The Polish Club Ashfield is offering Members an inexpensive opportunity to purchase a variety of alcoholic drinks. A new list is on offer each first day of the month.
Select wines will be available in boxes of six. Select spirits available in single units. Select beers available by the case.
Orders can be made via the online portal by the 23rd of each month.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Polish Club Ashfield Wine Club Program (“Program”). They are designed to protect both the Members and The Polish Club Ashfield. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms.
1.2 These Terms are effective from 14 March 2025 and may be amended by the Polish Club Ashfield from time to time.
1.3 These Terms form a contract between the Polish Club Ashfield and each Member. Both the Polish Club Ashfield and the Member are bound by these Terms.
2. Membership
2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Membership is not available to companies, partnerships, or other entities.
2.2 Customers must become a member at The Polish Club Ashfield’s reception before making an order.
2.3 Each Member is permitted only one account. Membership is non-transferable.
2.4 Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date, including contact details.
3. Orders
3.1 New products are issues on the 1st of each month.
3.2 Members will complete the form and include credit card authorisation from which the Polish Club Ashfield will charge before distributing the product.
3.3 When stock is ready at the Club, they will inform the member to come and collect the order.
3.4 There are no deliveries. All products must be collected.
3.5 Each month all members go into the draw to win two tickets to the next Polish Club Ashfield “Meet the Wine Maker Dinner”.
4. Program Changes
4.1 the Polish Club Ashfield reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
5. Data Privacy
5.1 The Polish Club Ashfield is committed to protecting Members’ privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Polish Club Ashfield’s Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
6.1 The Polish Club Ashfield is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Program, except as required by law.
7. General
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Polish Club Ashfield operates.
7.2 Any questions or disputes regarding the Program or these Terms should be directed to the Polish Club Ashfield management team.
