Polish Rhyme & Story Time is a fun interactive session of singing and rhymes for children aged 0-6 years
The program fosters a love of reading and helps develop important early literacy skills and social interaction. It is a friendly, inclusive space for parents and carers to meet up, mingle and make new friends.
This event is hosted by Ewelina Ellsmore. Ewelina is a Polish Language Educator at Liverpool Polish Saturday School/Australia.
PLEASE NOTE
- This activity will run for approximately 1 hour and will be held indoors.
- This class is suitable for children aged between 0 and 6 years. This is an approximation and we understand that every child has different levels of ability. You are the best judge of whether this activity is appropriate for your child.
- Please plan to arrive at least 10-minutes before class and check in at reception. Adults need a valid Drivers Licence or ID to sign in.
- This is not a drop off service. All parents & guardians are required to stay within the building at all times while their child is in class.
- Tea, coffee and treats can be purchased from Polka Cafe & Deli on the day. Please consider making a Sto Lat Restaurant lunch reservation online before you visit to avoid waiting.

ABOUT YOUR HOST | Ewelina Ellsmore is a Polish Language Educator, and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the Polish language, its traditions, and history with new generations of children. She is an initiator and organiser of many events and projects promoting Polish language and Polish culture in Sydney. In 2023, she introduced the bilingual Polish/English Story Time at the NSW State Library.
