Orders are now open to pre-purchase a box of six pączki for $35.

Please note: Collection of pączki are on Wednesday 11 February or Thursday 12 February between 10:00am through to 7:00pm at Polka Cafe & Deli inside the Polish Club Ashfield. Please specify in your purchase what day you will be picking up your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASING | Polish Club Ashfield uses Shopify for online payments to purchase our Hampers. When providing your credit card details, you agree that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient funds to cover your purchase.

When you order from us, we will require you to provide personal details such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, credit card details and the address. We take extreme care with this information and never forward on or sell your details to any third parties ever. 

Orders must be placed by Sunday 8 February 2026 by 10:00pm AEDT.

PICK UP | Pick up location will be at Polka Cafe & Deli, 182 Liverpool Road, Ashfield on Wednesday 11th or Thursday 12th February 2026 between 10:00am – 7:00pm. 

DELIVERY | There are no delivery options available. No delivery outside of the Polish Club Ashfield. 

REFUNDS | Polish Club Ashfield does not refund for change of mind. 

PRODUCT IMAGES | For marketing purposes some items have been photographed that are not for sale. Unless the item is listed, it is not included.

PRODUCTS | Item flavours will be subject to availability. The filling or glaze may vary. 

FOOD ALERGY DISCLAIMER | Polish Club Ashfield does not make the food product on offer. Food products provided by Polish Club Ashfield in the pack are produced externally. The product includes dairy, gluten, and egg, and may include nuts. 

GETTING THERE | The Polish Club Ashfield is located 182 Liverpool Road, Ashfield. Pedestrian access is only available from Liverpool Road. 
 
TRAIN | We are conveniently only a 5 minute walk from Ashfield Train Station. Take the Brown Street Exit from the train station, and continue up Browns Street until you reach Liverpool Road. Cross the road and continue left. The destination will be on your right. 
 
PARKING | We are delighted to welcome our guests to park their vehicles in our underground carpark. The entrance is located via 73 Norton Street. You can easily enter the club from the carpark using the lift. Alternatively, there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding area with access to the club via the front entrance on 182 Liverpool Road.
 
CHECK-IN | Ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to be able to check-in at reception. Members can easily scan their members card, and guests can either scan their drivers license or become an associate member for $2. Allow 5 minutes to become a member. Member’s receive 10% discount on selected items.
