Members Cash Draw Wednesday Nights

Promotional Period starts at 6:00pm and ends at 8:00pm after the last draw.

Entry Requirements

1. In order to participate in the Promotion, persons must be a current financial member of The Polish Club Ashfield and must be on the club premises at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
2. Members must be present to win, and the winning member must make themselves known to the official Member of The Polish Club Ashfield within the allotted four (4) minutes, or if they are unable to meet all the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the prize if forfeited, and a redraw will occur.
3. Winning members must produce their current membership card and photo ID if requested by the person conducting the draw to claim the prize. Failure to do so will deem them ineligible to claim the prize.
4. Draws take place at 6:00pm and 8:00pm every Wednesday night during the promotion period.
5. Prize Pool starts at $200 and jackpots by $100 on each following Wednesday of the draw if a winner is not found in either of the draws for the night.
6. The Prize Pool is capped at $2,500 and will remain at this amount until it is won as per the remaining Terms & Conditions of this Promotion.
7. If a winner is found on the first draw of the night, then the prize is deemed to have been won, and there will be no further draws for that night. Prize pool will recommence at $200 on the following draw night.
8. The draws are conducted electronically on the Aristocrat membership system.

1. The Polish Club Ashfield reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.
2. The Polish Club Ashfield practices the responsible service of alcohol, particularly for this promotion by:
   • Always having an RSA Marshall on the floor at all times
   • Having the correct equipment to measure standard drinks
   • Offering free water to all patrons
3. If the prize won is greater than $2,000, the prize-winner will be paid the full amount by cheque.
4. Decisions of the management of The Polish Club Ashfield are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Polish Club Ashfield directors, management and staff are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
6. Participation in the Promotion by a member confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of laws in force at the time.
7. The Promotor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
8. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
9. Draw nights will not take place on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. If a draw night falls on one of these days, the current jackpot will be carried to the next official draw night.
10. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
11. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the Promotion 
12. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion can be obtained from the reception desk throughout the promotional period.
13. The Promoter is The Polish Club Ltd ABN 49000469385
